If you have forgotten your password, click on the section “Login” then “forgotten password”. An email will be sent to you to reset your password.
How to place an order on Maisonanvi.com?
Once you have selected your items, add them to the basket by clicking on “Add to basket”, finalize your order, then proceed to payment.
Follow the steps below:
- Create an account or log in using your email address and password to access your personalized space.
- Complete the information fields relating to delivery and the choice of delivery method.
- Fill in the payment information.
- Check your order and validate it.
How do I know if an item is available on the site?
Some of our ANVI items are available for purchase on our website Maisonanvi.com. To find out the availability of an item, choose the item that interests you on our site and click on it. Two possibilities will be offered to you:
If the “Buy Now” button appears, it means you can order online. Please note that only available sizes will be displayed.
However, it is possible that the item you are looking for is only available on order (made to order), it will then be indicated “pre-order”.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking link for your order. You can always contact our carrier for more information regarding the delivery of your package.
What payment methods are offered?
Payment for purchases on the Maisonanvi.com site is made by bank card from the “CB” network, Visa©, Mastercard©, American Express©, Apple Pay©.
Can I return a product ordered on Maisonanvi.com?
You have 14 business days from the delivery date of your order to return it to our returns center for a refund. They must be sent in their original condition (packaging, accessories, label etc.), using the documents provided in the package.
Can I make an exchange?
We do not offer an exchange service. You can therefore return your order for a refund, and place a new order.
What are your repayment deadlines?
We will refund your order within 14 working days from the date of receipt. Upon receipt of the package, we check the items for completeness before accepting your return and authorizing the refund. The refund will be made directly to the credit card or to the same method used for the original payment in the same currency.
The item I received has a defect, what should I do?
You must contact our customer service by email. You have 72 hours from receipt of your order to notify our service of a defect in an item received.
